Who we are
This website, novastack-inc.online, is operated by Novastack Technologies Inc. ("Novastack", "we"). This notice covers this website and its contact form. The FieldLedger website (fieldledger.novastack-inc.online) has its own notice, and use of our applications, such as FieldLedger at pms.novastack-inc.online, is covered by the agreement between Novastack and each customer.
We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
- Contact form messages: your name, company (optional), email, mobile number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
- Emails you send us, including your address and what you write.
- Technical data: when you visit, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to deliver the site and to block abuse of the contact form, such as repeated automated submissions.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your message, send you a confirmation email, and follow up on what you asked about, such as a FieldLedger demo or a custom software project.
- To keep the website and contact form secure and working.
We process the details you send because you ask us to contact you. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else processes it
- Zoho Mail hosts our email. Contact form messages and the confirmation we send you pass through, and are stored in, our Zoho mailbox.
- Alibaba Cloud hosts the server that runs this website.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the site's fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy.
We share personal information with others only when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and delete them when you ask us to unless the law requires us to keep them. Server logs are kept only for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against automated abuse, and access to messages is limited to the Novastack staff who handle them.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. To do so, email demo@novastack-inc.online. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
