Novastack Technologies Inc. is a Philippine software company. We make web software that fits local practice, so owners can trust their numbers and teams can get on with the work.
Who we are
Software that starts from the work, not the other way around
Too many businesses here still run on spreadsheets, notebooks and group chats, or on imported software that doesn't know what a semi-monthly payroll, a PhilHealth deduction or an EWT certificate is. The result is numbers nobody fully trusts and hours spent reconciling them.
We started Novastack to close that gap. Each product we build begins with one industry's daily routine: the crew sheet on a construction site, the job order at a repair shop, the prenatal record at a lying-in clinic. Then we turn it into a web system where every screen and report reads from the same records.
Our first product, FieldLedger, does this for Philippine contractors. It is live today, and products for five more industries are in development.

Fit the local practice
Pesos, Philippine payroll contributions, VAT and withholding are part of the design from day one, never a plug-in.

A figure on a dashboard should match the same figure in the report and the export. We test for that.

Site engineers, cashiers, nurses and teachers are busy. Screens should be quick to learn and hard to get wrong.

We describe our software as it is. Screenshots use labeled demo data, and we don't claim features we haven't built.

How we build
Modern, proven technology, run by the team that built it
We use the same foundation across our products, so every system gets the same care for security, accuracy and performance.
- Web apps that run in the browser. Nothing to install. Several of our products are progressive web apps designed for phones and tablets in the field.
- Reliable foundations. .NET 8 services with a clean architecture, PostgreSQL databases and React front ends.
- Role-based access and audit trails. Each role sees only what it needs, restricted pages are blocked even by direct link, and approvals record who and when.
- Hosted on Alibaba Cloud. We deploy and update our systems ourselves, served only over HTTPS.
- Exports you own. Reports export to CSV and documents such as payslips to PDF, so your data is never locked in.
- Data privacy in mind. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
