Materials and expenses that keep project cost honest
Estimate vs. delivered vs. used per work item, and expenses that count only once approved.
- Bill of materials per project with deliveries, site usage and returns, and variance in pesos.
- Recording a delivery creates the payment request, so procurement is not entered twice.
- Expenses move from request to approval to payment, with the approver named on every record.
- Progress billing applies downpayment recoupment, retention, 12% VAT and EWT defaults you can edit per project.
